Fat Quarter Winners : 11 New Quilt Projects from Open Gate by Monique Dillard (2011, Paperback)

Threadology is on my list this year! I missed the monthly goodies! Each of the top 5 clubs interests me in a different way. However, I think the Temecula is the winner due the brightness of the fabrics; the historical factors; and knowing what the quilt will be when it is finished. I do like a great mystery and I have enough unknowns in my life right now. But I did go ahead and finally sign up for Sew Sampler box.

Her love of quilting was nurtured by relatives in Canada who taught her the art of handwork and sewing. She was a regular teacher at her local quilt shop for 15 years until her budding quilt design business, Open Gate, steered her career toward a national audience. These days, you can find Monique teaching across the United States at quilt guilds, weekend retreats, and quilt shops.
